Financial Aid

CSSSA’s policy is that no student from California is denied entry to the program due to their inability to cover the tuition costs. We offer full and partial tuition scholarships to students who need financial assistance.

Who Can Apply

Because CSSSA is funded by CA taxpayers, only CA residents and first-time CSSSA attendees are eligible to receive financial aid. All CA residents are encouraged to apply if the tuition cost is prohibitive to attend.

How to Apply

Complete the Financial Aid Form. This form is part of the online application. Both the online application and the financial aid form are due February 28th at 6:00 PM PST. Parents or guardians will need to upload their most recent tax documents (Form 1040) to the application portal. Applying for financial aid will NOT affect your chances of being accepted into CSSSA. Visit our How To Apply page for more information.

Please note, CSSSA financial aid can only be applied to tuition fees, which includes housing and meals. It cannot be applied to optional activities, other living expenses, or administrative fees.
