Curricular field trips offer students exciting opportunities to experience their chosen discipline in the broader context. Curricular field trips vary depending on department. Students have attended a live concert at the Hollywood Bowl, watched Shakespeare productions at Griffith Park, and viewed exhibitions at the Hammer Museum.
Optional extracurricular field trips allow students to experience local culture and arts in Los Angeles. Extracurricular field trips occur on Sundays and are open to all departments as space allows. In 2025, our Sunday field trip destinations included Giselle at the Segerstrom Center, the Getty Center, and Disneyland.
